We offer free worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. The order price includes international shipping costs and applicable duties and taxes. Customers are not required to pay any additional customs clearance or import fees upon delivery.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding customized products or special circumstances). Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country or region. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, flight schedules, or local logistics conditions.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned or destroyed due to an incorrect address, failure to clear customs, or refusal by the recipient, any resulting loss may be the responsibility of the buyer.

If your package arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement shipment. In the event of delays, exceptions, or lost packages, please contact our customer support team promptly. We will assist in communicating with the logistics carrier and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
